The Singer 7463 Confidence Electronic Sewing Machine is a versatile machine with 30 different stitch patterns which include two automatic button holes, a quilt stitch as well as several decorative and construction stitches. You can easily select your desired stitch with the touch of a button and can also adjust the length and width of the stitch to meet your needs.
It features a top drop in bobbin with clear bobbin cover so you can see how much thread you have, an automatic needle threader to help save you time, 13 different needle settings and a free arm that is great for sewing pant legs, sleeves and cuffs. The Singer 7463 Confidence electronic sewing machine has a strong metal frame with carrying handle, automatic tensioner and on board storage for the included accessories (Zipper Foot, button hole foot, General Purpose foot, blind stitch hem foot).

Singer 7463 Confidence Reviews
We did find some positive reviews of the Singer 7463 Confidence electronic sewing machine. Owners stated how remarkable the machine is for the price and how smoothly it sews. They said it is very easy to use and never disappoints, has great stitch options, feels solid, and is easy to thread. One person even stated “It is one of the best machines I have used”.
On the negative side a few people commented how loud the machine is and one person said the noise and rattling was so bad it was disturbing the rest of her sewing classmates. Another owner said the Singer 7463 confidence electronic machine sews inconsistent stitches, the tension doesn’t work half the time and the pressure foot pressure is way off. Sometimes it rattles and jams and doesn’t have the power to sew through hems on denim or other thick fabrics. The bobbin won’t catch the thread properly and the machine feels very fragile.
Although we found a few negative comment for the Singer 7463 with and the satisfied owners we think this machine is worth looking at. If you are in the market for a low cost basic sewing machine you should definitely consider the Singer 7563 machine.
